Wheel bearings or steering stem bearings?

+1 with RJ......... Front Wheels=Seals and Bearings

Front Stem/Head=Seal Caps and Bearings

..............and a whole bunch of tools!
If you have grinding or any abruptness while turning the steering head, you may want to replace the races as well!

It's a good idea to consult the manual in either case as the front wheel has a special procedure for aligning tubes when re-installing and final torque.

Ya it's my wheel bearings and the grinding I have is constant once I get over bout 10mph going straight.. But the grinding it's self isn't constant it's stop go stop go depending on speed.
