Depending on YOUR weight, the previous post is a good place to start. Remember that the Zed is a heavier animal to start with.

You actually only need around 2" additional, but I got mine from GALFER with 3.5" added, just to be safe.

Do you know the total length? I am running LSL superbike lows, so 2-3 inches should work.

I can't remember anymore...I just know that I needed 2" longer than a 2-line set for an '05 ZX-6r, and asked for another 1.5", to allow for future changes. Sorry for the lack of specific info, it's just been a few weeks since I ordered.

I'm running Renthal Ultra-lows, so it should be similar...

Nate,
I have it somewhere,I will get back to you. Found it,I bought 32" and 34", they are just right for me with stock bars. I run my forks up 1.25" as well.
You should get your shock today, I believe as well.

Ok new question.... does anyone know the length and pitch of the 636 axle pinch bolts and the caliper bolts? Need to go to www.mcmaster.com and get some new hardware.

Nate,
are you buying your lines or making? If your buying the lines willl come with new banjo boltsand if your making them you'll need to know the width of you banjo's. I looked for the stock banjo bolt dimension with no luck.
