What's your total $$cost$$ for 636 fork swap?

Hey guys and gals,

Wondering what your total costs have been for your front end 636 swaps. From what I've found on ebay it looks like the costs are going to run around $500 bucks for the whole thing:

$250 636 forks (including shipping)
$100 calipers
$40 brake pads
$100 brake lines
$30 fork oil
$30 brake fluid
____
$550.

Sound about right? Any luck selling off your stock pieces for anything? I was hoping to recoup about $100 bucks for the stock stuff..
